Javier, que ha desarrollado su carrera profesional entre Boston y Miami en la empresa Inima USA (del grupo OHL), propone utilizar un medio de gran alcance como la televisión como herramienta ideal para que se reconozca y valore la contribución hispana a la historia de Estados Unidos. Para ello ha desarrollado un ingenioso guión que narra la llegada de Ponce de León a las costas de la Florida en 1513.
